Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 14 days. In the event that your order has not shipped within 14 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.

Return Policy

We will exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please email deadfriendsla@gmail.com with photography of the defects or reasons for exchange. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. 

For any returned items you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping fee associated with the return or exchange. We will process the refund for store credit after we receive the items. Exchanges will be prepared and shipped after we receive the associated items and fees via our PayPal account.

Items Not Eligible for Return: 

- Items received by us with undocumented damage or worn condition
- Any items past 14 days of the original order shipment date will be voided
